We check photos for authenticity and monitor for suspicious activity. No web downloaded pictures. If you believe a listing is not upto standard, please use the report   ⁝  listing option to notify us and others. You are encouraged to check the lister's reviews.  

Report any suspicious activity immediately through our reporting system,  ⁝ , under the photo on the listing details page. Never send money outside the platform, and be wary of deals that seem too good to be true. Our support team investigates all reports promptly.

When a renter makes a request and its accepted, the RENTER will receive an OTP in the Manage request module.   When the renter physically receives the item, they will give this OTP to the Lister.   Alternatively, the renter can Verify Pickup using their own OTP on their own device if the lister's device is not handy.   The REQUEST status will change to ONGOING.  This ensures that the lister is giving the item to the the person that made that particular request

The LISTER will receive a return OTP.  The renter will get this OTP from the LISTER when they return the item.  Alternatively, the lister can use the PROCEED button in the Manage request to let the ADMIN know that the item has been returned safely.
